Guess what Buster?

Yesterday was hard.   At the festival I took a call from the Sibs.  By the time I was back to the hotel after the music i was in a terrible way with my tummy. So depleted of electrolytes IYKYK.  I felt anxious all day and it’s hard to explain when you don’t know why you feel the way you do. I’m someone I who is generally quite good at understanding my feelings. Some of it has to do with that I still don’t feel too well. Eating well and walking doesn’t fix it all. I sure hope the gastroenterologist on the 10th can figure out what’s wrong.  The jewellery area in Birmingham was disappointing, it was the set of a Guy Ritchie thug movie. All I could think of was POC - proceeds of crime act. Anyways, I think I’m better off getting the ring the in US.  Lunch was good but because I feel off, it’s like I’m in a foggy 😶‍🌫️ bubble. It’s a pretty restaurant.  Some quick highlights of the festival. It’s still cute. Politically it’s very left, and that was my peopl...

Human Hangovers

This is rather embarrassing or it could be interpreted as a huge breakthrough. I suffer from human hangovers. Maybe I’m secretly allergic to humans. I do wish it was that easy, to mock a self diagnosis. But it’s not. I’ll explain in sec.   Just know that I’ve thought being a hermit could be really cool. Also when watching the film: into the Wild. I thought, this is the life. The book was written in 1996 and the film came out in 2007. Sean Penn directed and the soundtrack is amazing! It’s by Eddie Vedder from Pearl Jam.  Ok, let’s jet into the human hangover (hopefully you are now reading as you have Eddie in your ears) I cut out toxic people out of my life a good decade ago. It’s more like 15 years or more. I’ve gone one step further and cut out family too. There are very firm boundaries and I operate within this only. If I don’t maintain these boundaries I suffer the consequences big time.  I’m going to give real life examples of what human hangover means / feels like ...

Adultry, Affairs, Observations

Friday July 17th 2024 - Alexandra Palace Park I have an hour until Richard Ashcroft come onto the stage. I’m also alone so nobody to talk to. This is not Glastonbury where so many people actually go in their own. I personally don’t see that very much at outdoor gigs and other festivals. It’s cool though, I’ve been to this park many a time in my life so really I feel like I’m in my back garden.  I saw my homeopath this morning, this was our 4th appointment this year. She’s been practicing as a homeopath for 30 plus years and she’s very good. Every time I see her I get more excited about starting my training to become a homeopath. The thing that’s so fascinating about Homeopathic remedies is that it’s one remedy can work on so many different aspects of a persons life.  As per usual in my life, it all leads back to my upbringing and family relationships. We know that I’ve made solid boundaries, but I still feel. Via homeopathy, I’ll be working in the sadness and anger when it com...
