You couldn’t make this shit up

Well, well, well. Where do I start. Let me try chronologically.   Reflections from the Friday (I posted in the evening).  My time with Cauli was interesting, it was good that we were both doing an activity but not walking side by side. We got to see the queens clothing and then came back together to discuss a few outfits. - so light conversation of no meaning or depth.  Earlier we were chatting and I went into my health and what’s really going on in my life. Important things, real feelings etc. When it was her part, she just recounted her recent trip in great detail. I’m really happy she had a good time, at the same time I know nothing about how she is really feeling, doing etc. No real life presence at all. Not sure how things will pan out with us in the future. Think it will be the odd catch up here or there.  Then the hospital and the rest of that day. I touched on it a bit but it was intense and heartwarming too. There really were 30 people in the hospital room...

I told my manger I love her

Friday September 11th 2026 First song of the day was one of my favourites. Beauty by The Shivers . It’s seriously worth listening to and it prompted the subject of today’s entry. Location: Bus to the hospital for a chest X-ray  Man I’m in a chatty mood. I went to look for the Porsche for you but it had moved. Oh well.  So! On Monday when I was with my manager in person she treated me to a hot drink. Because I miss coach Renee so much, I now drink Matcha. 🍵 When she is back on her feet I’ll go back to Hot Chocolate, Matcha tastes like grass. Anyway, got knows what I was talking about, what tangent my brain 🧠 was surfing 🏄‍♀️ but I was saying something along the lines that I love my friends. I then said to her sitting across of me, that I love her too. I quickly followed that up with an explanation that there are 6000 kinds of Love ❤️, and how most British people are just not accustomed to saying to anyone who is not their immediate family. She completely agreed.  Now ...

Good news I guess

My sister has just texted from my dads hospital appointment. This is what she sent: I will send a longer message later. But Daddy is in Remission.   His PSA is 0.02  He needs hormones for 2 years and follow ups. No longer considered active treatment. I think this news has taken me by surprise, it’s good news. I hope that things get better for him. Maybe with less cancer medication the dementia won’t worsen at the same rate as it has been recently.  In other news because I’m in the 24 hour prep window for the SIBO test. I’m only allowed to eat certain things.  Very strange food day. I had: Eggs Oven broiled salmon  White rice That’s it that all. I’m sooo hungry. I’ll keep you posted with how it goes tomorrow.  What I’m looking forward to the most is taking a probiotic again. I’ve been off of the. For over a week and I feel sad. The vegas nerve that connects the gut to the brain is a real thing. Let’s hope that the gut gets totally sorted. I’ll then st...
