Detox Hibernation has begun

So I’ve officially begun and it’s feeling good. I actually started my changes on August 31st.  Here is a quick recap of what the 3 month plan is.  Cook and eat at home. No restaurants or takeout other than date night / date days. Date days are when me, myself and I go and do something  I’m not seeing my people other than pre planned dates that were agreed months ago. Decline any new plans in the 3 month window  Limit instagram to 10 minutes a day, that is mostly to see how Renee is doing.  No posting on instagram grid or stories.  No passive TV or film watching. I’m allowing short 20 minutes when I’m eating. (It’s shit eating in front of the TV but trust me, single life can be dull) Leave the house daily. This is regardless of weather, exceptions are if I’m ill.  Try really hard to get 12,000 steps. AI has said that I will need 12 to 14k a day to loose weight.  So far so good.  Because I’m not numbing my brain on TV and social media, I have a...

Detox plan & detach from Everything

Here is plan for the rest of year.   This is going to be sooo boring for you the reader but I’ll try and make it snappy.  Coach Renee has suggested I go on a 3 month detox. Do almost nothing other than my employment for September, October and November. The rest of August and December I can go wild, see people, do things etc.  Now for September. There were a few things already in the calendar so I’ll enjoy that but nothing else. My mom will be in town for a few days in October so that’s going to be another blip.  However, the rest of the plan. Will look like: Staying at home, cooking, trying to loose this f’ing weight, not seeing people, just quieting the soul.  Today I had a lightbulb moment. What if I gave up TV and film for those 3 months? And even better, what if I got off of social media too. Imagine. I can hardly imagine. I could read my ten million books, I could blog more, maybe daily. Time to walk, time to meditate. Maybe I would even do some yoga. ...

The ideal bedroom

Image
The Ideal bedroom would look something like this....  The plan is to have a really really big walk-in closet with everything else that I might need! I found it on Pinterest. I'm on Pinterest too, after having a quick glance, my Pinterest boards are far more girlie than I actually am... but who cares. I have good taste! I'm feeling so hopeful today!  Look at all the healthy veggies I bought this morning.  I think I might even give the  http://worldsbiggestjuicedetox.com a go. Why not? I'm not new to juicing so it shouldn't be that hard... Right?
